The action plan for 2004 includes development of new activities and continuation of several projects started in 2003. Baraka is looking for implementation of durable programs of local action, set-up of support frames for youth initiative groups and development of a strong volunteer network. The research permanently done by members of the associations identified areas in local plan where there is a strong need for action: education of children and youth, on-going education of adults and above 50. The experience of international youth projects showed the need of a broaded age area needed to be involved in same projects, as change of society comes as an interaction of all people.
Use of art or methods borrowed from art will remain for 2004 first tools of action of Baraka, both at international and local level as we have a strong feeling that unformal tools of education are no used at their whole potential and actors in the formation process of youth and not only are not aware of these tools/methods of action.

1.Let's have a common project: X - August 2004
a 4-day seminar dedicated to Balkan youth and cultural associations, stressing the need for experience exchange and common action platforms.
an itinerant seminar in all Balkan area dedicated to youngsters and not only. Main themes:the "border" concept and perception of the ''other''
2004 plan: to create a strong network of international organizations, to ensure the institutional support, funraising.
